3TREES now has more than 1,000 research and technical personnel and over 30 technology innovation teams. It has also appointed Professor Jean-Marie Lehn, a Nobel laureate in chemistry and Father of Supramolecular Chemistry as its Chief Technology Adviser, and hires Ph. It has set up 9 regional research centers across China, introduced advanced IT and formula management systems and installed over 100 high-end research equipment. Meanwhile, carrying forward the internationalization idea of "going out and bringing in" and focusing on most urgently needed high and new materials in the industry, 3TREES (Shanghai) Academy of Sciences will further raise the technological level of the industry and enhanced its global influence and standing. 3TREES has participated in the formulation of 50 national and industrial standards and now owns more than 300 patents. It has also developed more than 30 first-class formulas, and published nearly 50 papers in core technical journals.
