"The Paint S" event has been integrated into all aspects of 3TREES’s work 色爱天堂. From daily inspection to self-examination and self-correction, safety is emphasized everywhere. The establishment of immediate safety awards and standardized on-site environment ensures the orderly operation of employees and creates a good working environment for lean production. The continuous implementation of an on-site improvement proposal system ensures improvement every day, so that results are summarized in time, and shared and promoted simultaneously. All employees have been participating in the activities of the quality control circle to spontaneously spot problems around them and constantly improve the work site. Meanwhile, 3TREES has always intensified internal job training, encouraged self-learning, improved team abilities, built technical backbone reserves, and promoted a benign cycle of employee education and corporate development.
